Dear Mark,
I know it has been a long time since I last wrote to you. I'm
really sorry but I haven't had any free time lately. Anyway,
I've got some great news. I'm on holiday now and believe it
or not, I'm in Jamaica. I (1) …………… on Tuesday and I (2)
……………. most of my time on the beach so far! The
weather is fantastic. It's hot and sunny, but it rained heavily
on Wednesday. Sometimes there are tropical storms and
tornadoes here. Yesterday we visited a fishing village
nearby. We had lunch at a local fish restaurant. The food
was excellent but didn't have a wide variety of dishes to
choose from.
Two days ago we went diving at the coral reef. It
was fantastic. Tomorrow we are visiting Kingston, the
capital city of Jamaica. On Sunday we are going to Blue
Mountains National Park and tropical orchid gardens.
Everything has been great so far! That's all for now. I must
watch the sunset! It's absolutely superb out here.
Love,
Nina
